The appointed contractor shall ensure that all works are performed in accordance with approved design specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
The scope of work includes material selection, surface preparation, structural enhancement, and detailed finishing to achieve a modern, durable, and visually appealing result.
All activities shall be conducted under strict quality control and project management protocols to ensure timely completion, superior craftsmanship, and long-term durability in alignment with the hotel’s luxury standards.
Four Seasons Project
This contract covers the provision of comprehensive vinyl cleaning, waxing, marble maintenance, and polishing services at the Four Seasons Hotel Damascus.
The appointed contractor shall be responsible for performing all cleaning and restoration tasks with the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety expected by the hotel’s brand reputation.
Services include deep cleaning and waxing of vinyl surfaces, regular maintenance and polishing of marble floors and fixtures, and the use of approved professional-grade materials to preserve surface appearance and durability.
All work shall be carried out under strict supervision to ensure a spotless, elegant, and luxurious environment that reflects the prestige of the Four Seasons Hotel.
Fly Cham Project
This contract outlines the agreement to supervise and ensure the proper cleaning and detailing of aircraft, both interior and exterior. The appointed contractor shall be responsible for monitoring all cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality requirements.
Duties include supervising cleaning crews, verifying the use of approved materials, inspecting completed work, and maintaining detailed records of each cleaning operation.
The objective is to guarantee that all aircraft are presented in excellent hygienic and visual condition, ready for service, and that cleaning operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and with minimal operational disruption
